Alix Perry is an emerging photographic artist with a Bachelor of Photography with Honours degree from the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University. Her work aims to call into question the concept of woman and nature as being parallel. As a young woman in the 21st century, her experience is that we are less natural than we have ever been, however the woman/nature parallel is used as a metaphor in various forms of visual culture both historically and presently.
