Deb Mansfield completed her Bachelor of Photography from the Queensland College of Art in 2002 and went on to receive First Class Honours in 2005. She has been the recipient numerous awards and residencies including the prestigious Siganto Travel Scholarship. Mansfield has worked on several public art commissions and has exhibited extensively with her work focusing on alternative photographic art practices and littoral environments. She has worked as a sessional lecturer at the Queensland College of Art and the College of Fine Art.
